HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

$27.00 - $60.00 AUD  + (depending on Standard & Express)

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency (AUD). All prices include GST and taxes.

Please note that postage costs are subject to change at any time as they are costs set by Australia Post and not BA.ZIC.

All our orders are shipped via Australia Post. An email is sent immediately after your order is posted with your tracking number. We will assist to help as much as we can but BA.ZIC is not held responsible for any unfortunate events with your package. Due to COVID-19 Standard International Shipping has been delayed due to limited flights out of Australia, packages can take up to 6-8 weeks. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped 1-3 days after receiving full payment for garments. You will be sent an email to confirm your garment has been dispatched.

 

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES 

If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that BA.ZIC does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. BA.ZIC will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. 

BA.ZIC is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please email salli@ba-zic.com for further details on your Countries Tax Charges.

THE GARMENT I WANT SAYS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE IN STOCK?

As mentioned on our home page a lot of our styles are released in limited stock. In saying that some of our standard lines can be restocked, however, the timing of which is solely based on demand. Make sure you are following us on our socials to keep up to date with the latest releases and news. Any garment that is a ‘Limited Edition’ will not be restocked after it has sold out.

 

I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I FIX IT?

If you have made an error on your order, please email salli@ba-zic.com immediately and we will correct it for you.

 

HANDLING & WASHING

All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water due to it’s delicate nature.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

BA.ZIC does not accept products that are of intimate nature, including swimwear, to be exchanged or refunded. We encourage you to contact salli@ba-zic.com with ANY questions before you purchase.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

Products that have been sent damaged will be given a refund if you contact salli@ba-zic.com within 5 days of receiving the garment. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any faulty items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. Bikinis that have been damaged after wear / wash will not be refunded. 

SMALL PRICE INCREASES DUE TO COVID

We have had to make a small price increase to our items due to COVID19 to make ends meet with our suppliers & production teams as everyone has had to adjust their pricing.
